Our certification in conformity to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and DIN EN ISO 22716, along with our membership of the A.I.S.E. Charter for Sustainable Cleaning, provide unequivocal proof of the quality of LUHNS products. Yet another vital quality feature is the making of these products in accordance with the requirements of the GMP cosmetics standard. We define adherence to these standards as the minimum requirements for our quality. The benchmark around which we are orientated is customer satisfaction. Wherever possible, we use new, innovative production methods, and we are working continuously at optimizing our processes, procedures, products and services.
